Brains Trust Program

A fortnightly 1 hour session provides an opportunity to ‘Offload’ and discuss current challenges, opportunities, or blocks. Allowing for the development of a clear action plan, that we create together. Then, both the Offload Now team and business owner can share the work of what’s needed specific to your business. This can include

Research to answer specific questions or source suitable solutions
Preparation/Review of business documents: Business Plans, Cash Projection, Budget, Forecasts etc
Design, Document & Implement systems to automate & free up your time

The Brains Trust Program is available to a limited number of business owners over a 12-week commitment, with further options for support available on completion.

In addition to the 6 x 1 hour online sessions, the Offload Now team provide up to an additional 8 hours of support, research & implementation resources to align with &/or progress the priorities defined during your 1 on 1 sessions.

Phase #2: Implementation

Working to the plan, we will organise & mobilise the necessary resources; time, people & skills.
